Gallbladder pseudodiverticulum is an unusual and uncommon disease.This disorder may not be diagnosed until read more surgically resected.Preoperative; Ultrasonography findings of gallstones was diagnosed.The presentation may entail nonspecific complaints over a prolonged period as highlighted in a case report of a 50-year-old man with this disease.
